just a quick note to say thank you ever so much for the package that arrived in the post this morning! as i read the sender’s address i had a minor panic as i didn’t remember buying anything recently and thought the day had finally arrived when my love of Family Records had progressed into sleep-purchasing! such a lovely suprise that certainly brightened up a typically grey day in London (although it’s made me miss New York a lot)!

you guys are the best - keep doing what you’re doing in terms of the excellent quality of music that you put out and the personal relationships you build up with fans through email, post or in person at gigs and, of course, in return we’ll keep spreading the word!
